Wayside Pulpit:  "What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"   — Mary Oliver

Are you looking for a spiritual home where you can explore what is meaningful for you?  Where art and creativity are a path to freedom?  Where you can practice compassion and nonviolence?  Where you can find companions to travel with you on the path of social justice?

New Garden welcomes you.

If you are hopeful about the promise of nonviolence - in our homes, our neighborhoods, and abroad - if you believe that every human is valuable, and that the "powers that be" need to be balanced by empowering working people - then you will find here a gathering of people working to make it happen.

We humans are here on Earth to love life - to learn to be fully alive, to enjoy and explore our creative skills and those of others;  to love one another and to learn how to live together and to enrich each others' lives, both in our homes, and in our world.

What's happening at New Garden:

Our regular Sunday Services are currently suspended, but we plan to celebrate the Winter Solstice on December 23 at 6pm, United Electrical Workers Hall, 37 S. Ashland, at Monroe.  Save the date, and plan to join us!

Small Groups for community, spirituality, social justice.
